"The Path of Integrity: Authentic Action as a Leader"

Many of us choose, in one way or another to lead, meaning we want to live our personal potentials in a way that has a conscious and positive impact on our world. The poet, Mary Oliver, asks,

"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"

This may be leadership within a company or community, or in a more personal form within our immediate relationships at work or home. What we can learn over time is that leadership is not about changing or controlling others. It is about choosing and affirming one's own inner growth as a path of personal awareness, influence, and free will. The Path of Integrity will demonstrate the movement through authentic actions - action in which we live our own life, not someone else's idea of our life.

Dan Oestreich is a skilled leadership consultant with extensive experience facilitating personal and organizational change. He is widely known as co-author of Driving Fear Out of the Workplace and The Courageous Messenger.

Over the last 17 years he has worked with client leaders at executive, mid-management, and supervisory levels within a broad spectrum of private and public sector organizations. He provides in-depth personal growth and leadership consulting assistance for individuals who want greater access to self-knowledge, vision, authentic action, and results.
