Memorial Union, UW-MadisonDeadline to cancel your registration and receive a refund is November 2, 2006.
Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the event. If a registrant cancels fewer than seven working days prior to the date of the event, the registrant remains responsible for payment. If a payment has been made, no refund will be given for any cancellations that are made after the cancellation deadline. A substitute may be sent in the place of the original registrant, but the individual participant or department is responsible for communicating this to Pat Lund at MAQIN.
The Office of Human Resource Development at UW-Madison and the Madison Quality Improvement Network (MAQIN) are seeking talented individuals and groups who are able to inspire others towards greater institutional success. This conference will create a unique environment for participants, as well as presenters, to engage in innovative types of thinking, sharing, and learning through conversation and demonstration.
