Founded in 1987, we’re one of the oldest community improvement associations.
We are an independent organization, supported only by membership dues and program revenues.
Our annual Hunter Conference features the latest in continuous improvement theory and practice.
We’ve outlived many changes in buzzwords. What was “quality improvement” became TQM, which became process improvement, then business effectiveness and so on.
Our membership represents most major employers in the Madison area, from every sector including manufacturing, service, government, education, and nonprofits.

The Madison Area Quality Improvement Network (MAQIN) is a membership organization based in Madison, Wisconsin, dedicated to helping individuals and organizations work and learn effectively.

Think of a time when an innovative idea became a reality. When are your most creative moments? What catalyzes your passion to be creative and innovative? How do you sustain innovative ideas? Share your story at this unique Conference.
